In our Soyak Ljubljana office we are looking for:
Land acquistion and business development specialist (m/f)
What will I be doing?
- Plan, coordinate, and manage land acquisition processes across Slovenia
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government officials, and other stakeholders, conducting effective negotiations and discussions
- Assist with relevant documentation and contract management
- Be willing to spend most of the workweek in Ljubljana and stay 1-2 days in Lendava as needed for on-site work
- Undertake additional tasks related to business development as required
What are we looking for?
- A degree in an engineering field is preferred, but candidates with relevant educational backgrounds will also be considered
- Up to 5 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with local communities
- Willingness to travel, adapt to different work environments, and stay overnight outside the primary location
- A team player who is solution-oriented, flexible, and responsible
- Advanced knowledge and active use of MS Office
- Advanced level of English language, both verbally and in writing
- Positive attitude and cooperative approach
