Who is Customer support specialist in Entrio?

A Customer Support Specialist at Entrio is a dedicated professional responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing essential guidance. By delivering exceptional service and implementing efficient support processes, you help us enhance our customer experience and drive our success.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or customer support.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and patience.
  • Adaptability: Understanding customer needs and the ability to adapt.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in computer use and basic computer programs. Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English. Excellent knowledge of Slovenian and English grammar and spelling. A great advantage is knowledge of the Croatian language.
  • Proactivity: High level of initiative with a desire to organize and optimize existing processes, and introduce new processes to improve quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and speed up Entrio customer support.
  • Motivation: Strong drive for personal development.

What will you do:

  • Daily Communication: Engage with B2C and B2B customers through various communication channels (email, social networks, telephone).
  • Issue Resolution: Address and solve issues for B2C and B2B customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and problems to find the best possible solution.
  • Customer Education: Educate users about our products and services.
  • Feedback Management: Track customer requests and direct feedback to the team for product and service improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Documentation: Monitor and document customer requests and solutions for future improvements.
  • Sales Support: Communicate with, update, open, and support sales points.
