Opis delovnega mesta

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, tactics and procedures
- Candidate engagement, management and delivery
- Head-hunting, interaction with potential candidates through different channels
- Phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Cooperation with team members in different countries
- Maintaining the internal candidate database
- Preparing necessary documentation
- Coordinating and supporting employees abroad

Pogoji

Requirements:
- The ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a competitive market
- Proven work experience in a field of recruitment or sales (2 years minimum)
- Strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude to find qualified candidates
- Ability to work and make decisions independently
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Slovenian and English languages
- Valid category B driver’s license
