We’re searching for a motivated and passionate Account Manager (M/F) who shares our love for music, culture, sports, and the event industry. As a key link between organizers and the Entrio platform, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience and help create unforgettable events – from spectacular concerts and festivals, inspiring conferences and cultural happenings to sports happenings.

Who is an Account Manager at Entrio? 

As an Account Manager at Entrio, you will be the key link between event organizers and our platform, helping them create successful and unforgettable events.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with event organizers, ensure their success through tailored solutions, and contribute to the growth of the most renowned events in the region. You will manage a portfolio of clients, provide strategic advice, propose innovative marketing activities, and support ticket sales through our system.

You will work closely with organizers of concerts, festivals, conferences, and other events. Your responsibilities will include offering tailored solutions, analyzing ticket sales, and suggesting strategies to promote and enhance the success of their events. As their first point of contact and trusted advisor, you will ensure that the Entrio platform meets all their needs.

With your contribution, you will enable organizers to focus on what matters most – creating experiences the audience will remember – while you provide essential support to help them achieve their goals and maximize success.

What will be your responsibilities as an Account Manager?

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with event organizers (concerts, festivals, conferences, and sports events).
  • Offering tailored solutions to clients to optimize ticket sales and event promotion.
  • Analyzing sales performance and proposing strategies to enhance event success.
  • Educating clients on the platform’s features and tools.
  • Negotiating collaboration terms and expanding the client base as well as the presenting the Entrio platform.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional service sales, such as premium ticketing options, marketing support, and analytics reports.
  • Collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns for events.
  • Collaborating with internal IT team to present the client needs and feature requests.
  • Resolving potential issues and providing support to clients during events.
  • Communicating with clients about logistical details, such as entry control, ticket scanning, and crowd management.
  • Preparing regular reports on event performance and recommending further improvements.
  • Occasionally providing on-site support during key events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What qualifications and skills are required for an Account Manager role?

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with clients, preferably in the event industry, marketing or sales.
  • Experience in project management or team coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a significant advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • A client-first approach with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and clients.
  • The ability to analyze and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Willingness to work weekends or evenings during major events.
