Job description

Butična družinska pekarna Brot išče peka, ki bo skrbel za pripravo testa z drožmi in peko kruha z drožmi.

Opis del in nalog:
- priprava, oblikovanje, izdelava in peka kruha z drožmi
- upoštevanje vseh sanitarno higienskih postopkov pri pripravi izdelkov
- skrb za urejeno, čisto in varno okolje ter spoštovanje haccap sistema

Requirements

- ustrezna izobrazba pekovske smeri oz. nekajletne samostojne izkušnje so dobrodošli a ne nujni
- motiviranost za delo z željo uresničevanja načrtovanih obveznosti
- kreativnost in odprtost za izdelavo novih izdelkov
- zanesljivost in timski duh so zaželjeni

Professional qualification:

III. level – Secondary vocational education (2 years), IV. level – Secondary professional education (3 years), V. level – Secondary general, professional and technical education

Languages:

English (basic), Slovenian (advanced)

What we offer

- pogodba je najprej za določen čas 1 leta, z možnostjo zaposlitve za nedoločen čas
- poskusno delo: 3 mesece
- delovni čas: 40 ur/teden
- urnik dela: dopoldan
- okvirna plača: 1.800,00 EUR bruto mesečno
- urejen delovnik 5 dni na teden od 5h do 13h, vikendi občasno
