Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at ASCALAB d.o.o. in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, preparing reports for the clients, managing office equipment and ensuring support to Finance and HR department on a day-to-day basis. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our team and office environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- a Bachelor`s degree, area not specified
- strong communication skills
- organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- reliability and sense of responsibility at work
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (preferably Atlassian tools)
- fluency in English (Serbian is a plus)
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Professional qualification:

VI/1. Higher vocational education, VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level

Languages:

English (advanced), Serbian (advantage)

Skills:

Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
