- proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices
- experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level
