This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at PiranArt d.o.o. in Piran. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily culinary tasks, supervising the kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes.Requirements
Qualifications:
- proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role
- knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- culinary degree or certification is a plus
