With a presence in 35+ markets worldwide and a passionate team of over 150 employees, GenePlanet collaborates with over 1000 medical centers, doctors, and insurance companies to provide top-quality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their baby's health, as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.

We are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Junior Key Account Manager, responsible for coordinating and developing a regional cluster of existing and new markets.

Job description

We are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Junior Key Account Manager, responsible for coordinating and developing a regional cluster of existing and new markets.

Your key responsibilities as Junior Key Account Manager for Medical Genetic Testing will include:
- provide support to the Regional Manager in supervision and coordination of GenePlanet’s business in several existing local markets
- assist in co-development and implementation of longer-term growth business strategy in local markets
- coordinating and supporting Country Managers in setting up and developing GenePlanet’s local business
- assist in executing Annual Plans against defined set of targets and activities and within agreed budgets to ensure revenue and profitability growth for the company
- help develop and coordinate regional and local educational and promotional programs for partners and Key Opinion Leaders to promote GenePlanet’s products and services
- conducting trainings and educational activities to ensure that both the internal local sales team and external partners have a strong understanding of GenePlanet's products and services, especially those in the field of gynecology, obstetrician, IVF, and oncology
- continuously monitoring the competitive landscape and proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market

Requirements

​The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- strategic thinking coupled with strong implementation skills
- excellent selling, networking, and negotiation skills to build strong business relationships with local teams and partners
- proficiency in English and Spanish is a MUST
