Job description

Iščemo strokovnega sodelavca za obračun plač in kadrovske zadeve v velikem podjetju z dolgoletno tradicijo.

Kjer opravlja predvsem naslednja dela in naloge:
- obračun plač, nadomestil in drugih osebnih prejemkov
- priprava poročil za zunanje inštitucije ( Ajpes, Furs...)
- priprava dokumentacije o bolniških nadomestilih za refundacije
- priprava in oddaja različnih obrazcev
- ostale naloge vezane na obračun plač
- urejanje kadrovskih zadev v zvezi z nastopom in prenehanjem delovnega razmerja
- druge naloge po navodilih nadrejenega

Requirements

Pričakujemo:
- zaključeno vsaj VI. stopnjo izobrazbe ekonomske smeri
- vsaj 3 leta delovnih izkušenj na področju samostojnega obračuna plač
- dobro poznavanje MS paketa (Excel-a, Worda)
- natančnost, odgovornost, prilagodljivost
- pripravljenost na uvajanje izboljšav
- timska orientiranost

Professional qualification:

VI/1. Higher vocational education, VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level, VII. University programs / 2nd Bologna level
