Global Digital Transformation Manager (4IR - Smart Factory)Your role:
- being part of the Global Team, lead the development of our 4IR roadmap in factories, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives
- support continuous optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Connected Worker program, IIoT platform and automation technologies, driving improvements in efficiency and productivity
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 4IR solutions across the factories
- drive the adoption of 4IR tools (Connected Worker, IIoT, Digital Backbone), proving the impact, leveraging data analytics, and AI to enhance manufacturing operations
- support upskilling of workforce in 4IR, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning and accountability
- stay up-to-date of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- connect with key suppliers
- able to attend business trips to factories
Requirements
