Chinese medicine Practitioner- Clinical Apprenticeship (m/f)

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Medicine Practitioner- Clinical Apprenticeship. The apprentice will first take a series of training by the mentor (1st stage). After demonstrating the right attitude and skills, the apprentice will proceed to 2nd stage where there will be onsite clinic observation and guided practice until the apprentice is ready for independent practice. Finally, in the 3rd stage, if the apprentice decides to continue for long-term cooperation, the apprentice will be promoted as a partner.

The practitioner will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical tasks related to Chinese medicine and the clinic operation, including patient assessments, treatment planning, herbal medicine formulation, acupuncture, and other relevant therapies. The practitioner will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough patient records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and providing patient education on Chinese medicine and holistic health.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in TCM with both Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development in Chinese medicine
- ability to learn and adapt
- valid professional certification or license in Chinese medicine
