Job description
Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role as a Regional Sales Manager at HomeOgarden located in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing sales teams, creating and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Some remote work is acceptable.
Location of work: Slovenia.
Requirements
A successful candidate for this role should possess the following skills:
- sales management, business development, and customer relationship management
- team leadership and coaching
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- knowledge of home and garden products
- organizational and time management skills
- ability to work independently and remotely
- prior experience in sales, preferably in the home and garden industry
