Digital marketing manager - mid-level (m/f)

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns specifically in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our clients’ marketing efforts and ensuring activities are optimized for maximum impact.

What is a Digital marketing manager in charge of?
- develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions
- manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads & Facebook)
- monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- collaborate with the web development team to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- track and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring target metrics
- stay current with digital marketing tools and technologies and recommend new tools or platforms to enhance marketing efforts

Requirements

What do we expect from you?
- you have at least 2 years experience in the digital marketing space (preferably in performance marketing)
- proven track record running Google Ads and Facebook Ads (120.000 EUR or more in ad spent in the past 1-2 years)
- basic understanding of Email marketing and copywriting
- understand metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, ...
- a growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks
- follow the latest trends in the marketing world
