Manager - Management Consulting (m/f)

Job description

Our client is a company that is part of an international network of highly professional consulting companies and provides services to promote efficiency and stable business development. They are looking for a commercially aware candidate to strengthen their management consulting team.

Main responsibilities:
Your role will be to help companies solve day-to-day problems related to strategic and operational management and help them deal with various business challenges. Your typical tasks will be:
Project management and cooperation in the implementation of projects in the field of business - process / organizational restructuring
Preparation of studies, reports, reviews and/or financial modelling
Preparation and participation in the implementation of business proposals and presentations
Active acquisition of new orders/customers and monitoring of potential opportunities
Establishing and maintaining contacts with customers
Preparation of proposals for offers and customer contracts
Leading and directing team members
Education and transfer of knowledge to colleagues

Work location: Ljubljana, Slovenia (hybrid).

Requirements

Requirements for success:
- a Master's degree in Economics or another related field
- several years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in the field of business or financial operations, risk management or internal audit
- experience in project management
- excellent written and oral expression in Slovenian and English
- advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
- communication and organizational skills
- numerical skills and critical judgment skills
- goal orientation and the ability to complete tasks
- effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
- ability to work constructively in a team
