Job description

Our company MM Surgical d.o.o. is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market share for our high-quality surgical products. We are one of a leading medical device distributor company in Slovenija more than 25 years on the market, that provides innovative and reliable products to healthcare professionals across the Slovenia.

Responsibilities:
- develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for our surgical products
- establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospitals administration
- identify new business opportunities and build strong customer networks
- provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals
- attend conferences, symposiums and workshops to promote our products and services
- monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Requirements:
- proven track record of sales success in the medical device industry, preferably in the surgical market also for enthusiastic beginners with high level of willing to learn.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in medical or veterinary
