Are you passionate about solar energy?

Our client is an international company that has been ranked among the top 3 manufacturers of photovoltaic (PV) modules in the world. They are looking for a self-motivated colleague to help develop their business in Slovenia.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- channel development and channel management, promoting effective orders and KPIs
- manage the entire process of using channel systems and marketing scripts, including early market planning and feasibility studies, business negotiations, etc.
- maintain and explore new channels and new customers, independently develop and expand downstream users, and achieve the company's goals
- based on the market situation, develop marketing activities in the country to ensure the achievement of sales goals
- maintain a high level of technical and commercial competency on relevant products, techniques and applications
- maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure this information is collected and made available to leadership
- other services, such as user information review and quality control

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, or similar
- at least 3 years of sales experience in related industries, such as new energy, air energy, and solar energy
- excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, team player
- strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and perform well under high pressure
- comfortable for frequent business trips, with a positive and enthusiastic work attitude
- slovene and english language skills

Professional qualification:

VI/1. Higher vocational education, VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level
