- opravlja hišniška dela na vseh vrstah objektov (tako stanovanjskih, poslovnih in stanovanjsko poslovnih)- spremlja stanje in delovanje stavb s pripadajočimi zemljišči
- vzdrževanje in urejanje neposrednega okolja (redna košnja trave, redno čiščenje tlakovanih površin, organiziranje pluženja in odvoza snega)
- priprava kesonov za odvoz smeti
