Key Account Sales Specialist (m/f)

Job description

The Key Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, but mostly identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the expectation of working in our Ljubljana office, while some remote work is acceptable. The Key Account Sales Specialist will work directly with clients to understand their video needs, provide quotes and manage the communication before the start of the project. Projects itself are managed by our project managers. The key account Sales Specialist also takes care of our social media, organizes and executes sales meetings, using Intrix CRM software.

In short; everything related to inbound and outbound marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- sales skills (which we can also teach you, but a strong will and desire at your end is needed)
- communication skills (you need to be a good listener)
- excellent Customer Service skills
- experience in B2B sales and account management (not urgent, but a plus)
- ability to multi-task and work in a very young and fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- detail-oriented, precise and strong organizational skills
- business Administration and/or Marketing or a related field experiences are a plus
- experience in the animation or video production and/or post production industry is a plus
