Job description
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, exploring sales opportunities, showing commercial/residential properties to potential buyers and tenants, negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and coordinating with various professionals to ensure seamless transactions.This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Broker role located in Ljubljana.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- brokerage and Real Estate skills
- excellent customer service and Sales skills
- strong understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and organization skills
- bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Professional qualification:
VI/1. Higher vocational education, VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level
