Job description
- handling the sale and buyback of investment gold and silver- maintaining regular communication with customers and clients
- responding promptly to calls and emails, as well as arranging meetings with potential customers
- coordinating office tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
- interacting effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance
- collaborating with the central office in Zagreb to synchronize work activities
- managing inventory of precious metals
- translating texts from Croatian and/or English into Slovenian as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (VSS/VŠS)
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrated responsibility and capability to work independently
- proactive attitude towards task execution
- willingness to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- proficiency in computer skills
- prior experience in sales or related roles would be advantageous
- basic knowledge of financial and investment subjects is desirable
Professional qualification:
VI/1. Higher vocational education, VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level, VII. University programs / 2nd Bologna level

English (advanced), Croatian (advanced)
