- prevzemanje in evidentiranje prispele pošte- posredovanje prispele pošte naslovnim pošiljateljem po oddelkih
- pobiranje, frankiranje, evidentiranje ter oddaja pošte
- odgovornost za pravočasno odpravo pošte
- evidentiranje oddane pošte in vodenje evidenc
- opravljanje ostalih del v prometu s pošto (priprava zaključnega zbirka za obračun poštnih storitev)
- pomoč pri organizaciji dogodkov (priprava pogostitev, priprava materiala)
- opravljanje drugega dela po nalogu nadrejenega
Requirements
- natančnost in odgovornost, zanesljivost, samostojnost
Professional qualification:
IV. level – Secondary professional education (3 years)
