Senior Director Quality Assurance

Job description

Our client, a global company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Director to join their dynamic team. With over 10 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of internal fulfillment processes and driving continuous improvement across hardware and software domains.

Responsibilities:
- take global responsibility for the quality of internal fulfillment processes
- own the global escalation process, and effectively managing
- conduct internal audits in the event of critical, integrity, or financial issues, providing comprehensive reports to the executive committee
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to set quality pass goals and targets for software, hardware, manufacturing, and global support teams
- initiate and establish an automated testing structure in collaboration with senior stakeholders from software and firmware teams, encompassing reporting, layers, confidence levels, and a dedicated team

Requirements

- minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably within a global company
- proven track record of automating processes, including reporting, tracking, KPIs, root cause analysis, issue resolution, remediation, and release management
- extensive knowledge and experience in preferebly both hardware and software quality domains
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- excellent problem-solving abilities, utilizing data-driven approaches and continuous improvement methodologies
- strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels
