Job description

- vodenje in organiziranje ter kontroliranje dela v restavraciji
- skrb za celovitost ponudbe po programu
- skrb za pravilen odnos do gostov
- odgovornost za nabavo, zalogo in skladiščenje pijače in trgovskega blaga ter izvajanje občasnih kontrol
- skrb za kakovost poslovanja restavracije
- skrb za vzdrževanje reda in čistoče v restavraciji in spremljajočih prostorih
- sodelovanje pri oblikovanju cenovne politike, evidenca opravljenih delovnih ur
- spremljanje in ocenjevanje individualne uspešnosti, sodelovanje z vodjo kuhinje pri oblikovanju ponudbe
- spremljanje strokovne literature in sodelovanje na usposabljanjih s svojega področja ter mentorstvo in uvajanje sodelavcev
- opravljanje drugih del po nalogu nadrejenega

Professional qualification:

II. level – Completed elementary school
