Area sales representative (m/ž)

Job description

- field (outdoor) work takes place in Slovenia
- product sales of the company's entire sales arrangment
- preparation of a visit plan for customers and consultation with the sales director
- preparation of reports about visits and active reporting to the sales director
- quarterly results reporting, work presentation in this period and setting goals for the next period
- weekly online meeting with the sales team (once a week)
- weekly work from home (twice a week), weekly field work (three times a week)
- active participation in the sales team
- Independent acquisition of new customers
- maintaining contacts with customers

Requirements

- completed (at least) secondary education, field: mechanical engineering, mechatronics or other technical field
- knowledge in the field of industrial automation
- work experience in the field of outdoor sales
- willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge, both professional and general
- ability to make independent decisions and judgments, quick observation, quick response, high level of responsibility, innovation, communication, sense of teamwork and perseverance
- personal orderliness
- positive personality
