Sales Manager (m/f)

Job description

- develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth
- identify and develop new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
- work with our Partner Team and Partners directly to identify and work on opportunities
- act as the primary point of contact for large B2B customers in the region and be responsible for managing and growing these accounts
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company goals and strategies

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a closing sales role in B2B
- ability to think strategically and develop effective sales and partnership plans
- highly adaptable and independent, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- good understanding of sales performance metrics and must be driven with an extreme sense of urgency to deliver
- fluency in English and Slovenian
