Consultant for telephone sales (m/f)

We are currently developing a number of new projects and we are in an intensive growth phase!

Join us and work in Home Office System as a Sales Consultant Specialist for Slovenian market.

Your tasks:
- you make calls in Slovenian language from anywhere
- making calls with offers from our partner companies or our company services and products
- you don't know Slovenian but maybe EU language? Feel free to ask us for other projects in your native language
- adherence to specific qualitative and quantitative parameters for the project
- completion of established sales or information tasks (individual and group)
- the opportunity to take part in an increasing number of new national and international projects

Requirements

Our requirements:
- very good knowledge of the Slovenian language, fluent communication and ease of conversation (min.C1) + good knowledge of English language
- experience in online trading / sales and working with computer
- good diction and pronunciation
- you are familiar with sales, enjoy talking to customers, are able to listen to their needs and creatively and effectively argue their objections
- open and positive attitude, courage to take on new challenges, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- self-reliance and self-discipline - this is very important to us, we want to trust each other, we want to share and support each other - but we also expect and demand commitment
- high-speed internet connection

What we offer

This we offer:
- standard 40 hours per week (possibility to make calls at other times (shifts) or longer, including Saturdays / Sundays), full-time work
- starting rate PLN 25 per hour gross + bonuses (payrolls may be in other currencies: EUR or USD)
- we offer a contract of mandate or a B2B contract
