We are currently looking for a new colleague in Slovenia who is eager to produce and implement his/her own ideas that will help us become No. 1 fitness webshop in the Slovenian market. E - commerce Coordinator for Slovenia (m/f)
What will your day look like?
- You will help us better function in Slovenia by preparing performance reports, product pricing, various other analyses as well as your own suggestions for further development of the local market;
- Influencer marketing and cooperation will be one of your top priorities (research of new channels, communication with influencers, reports and order management);
- In order to effectively communicate the value of our products to our customers, we will rely on your excellent ability to plan our social media presence and create captivating local content;
- You will closely cooperate with Western Balkan Country Manager regarding daily operations;
- You will lead all aspects of linguistics support and copywriting by correcting, publishing and editing products on our website and blog articles. In addition to that, you will plan and oversee the work of external translators;
- You will help us improve customer experience by supervising and performing customer care activities, and you will occasionally run reports regarding logistics and communication with couriers.

Who are we looking for?
Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of the requirements. If you however match most of our criteria and are genuinely interested in the world of e-commerce, we would like to meet with you!
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and genuine interest in the world of e-commerce
- Native Slovenian (C2) and fluent English (B2). Croatian language is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and G-suite; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
- Deep insights in the Slovenian market and consumers
- Data literacy and analytical thinking skills that will enable you to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills; Freelance experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Your passion for health, wellness & fitness would be an advantage
