Or to your 80-year-old beloved grandfather, who spent his life in the field smoking cigarettes, what is the new, modern hookah and how can he smoke it? Then you are the new Commercial Director Abroad of Tradeon Bg, who will implement and develop the Vapepro brand - an innovative product, an alternative to smoking - on the market into the respective geographic region.

In addition to the implementation and development of the brand, you must be able to brilliantly understand the needs and goals of potential future customers and use this to present the company's products.

Commercial Director International markets (m/f) - Position description

We are looking for creative, active and ambitious sales directors. If you are a person who can simultaneously perform several tasks with the same precision and quality - then you are certainly suitable for us. If you already recognize yourself, keep reading!
Our commercial directors work purposefully with a focus on creating long-term relationships of partnership and cooperation with our clients. In addition, they are committed to the development of the brand and are proactive in all possible directions.

In case you want to become our new Commercial Director - your responsibilities and obligations will be:
- To build strong relationships with customers, especially with corporate and key customers and always strive to provide them with an exceptional experience
- To manage customer expectations and direct them to a satisfactory result
- To inform your direct manager (the Commercial Director of the Brand) about the progress of the project
- To take initiatives and to identify opportunities for growth and development
- To collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth
- To manage your team, while focusing them on the results and at the same time take care of their comfort

Requirements

Requirements and qualification of the Regional Managers:
- Proven experience in the field of trade (sales) - B2B, fast-moving consumer goods, cigarettes, alcohol and others
- Education relevant to the position
- Communicates effectively (an active listener), client-oriented and attentive to his needs
- Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Negotiation skills
- "Captain" of the team players
- Excellent time management skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Understands P&L and uses the information as intended
- Experience in marketing and / or trade marketing is a huge advantage
- Fluent in English

Professional qualification:

VI/1. Higher vocational education

Languages:

English (excellent), Slovenian (native language)

Skills:

Excel, Internet
