For our dyeing plant in Stadtallendorf (Germany) we are looking for a qualified:

Dyeing expert (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for recipe changes up to the final production batch sample. This includes generating recipes for production batches, tracking batch samples, and resolving discrepancies in case of a batch non-release after being dyed.

Your tasks will also include:
- checking the dyestuff used for made batches as well as new recipes in the color laboratory for the new colors
- support of the color laboratory regarding recipes and dyestuffs
- provide on-time delivery, i.e., meet deadlines and ensure prompt delivery in the Dye house
- checking the dyed batches Quality in the Dye house and handling the out of standard batches (NIO certificate )
- handling of pre-production samples and their implementation in the Dye house production
- checking the output of recipes during Dye house production in order to increase the machine efficiency

Requirements

This is how you convince us:
- you have a degree in textile and dyeing technology, or chemical technology
- you have more than 2-3 years of professional experience in dyeing and finishing of textiles, as well in color metric and are fluent in German language
