We are looking for a sales person with business development experience, who will be responsible for:

Tasks:
- sales and business development
- opening new B2B sales channels for our products

Target groups
- small and medium size shop owners
- store chains
- architects
- developers
- existing brands interested in production outsourcing to our company

Main work activities:
- maintaining the life-cycle of customer orders
- solving claims on a customer side and providing a healthy after-sales service
- initiative with pricing structure and leather/fabric collection in selected countries
- active work with our new CRM system www.pipedrive.com
- bringing new insights to the sales team and participating on its further development
- coordination with other departments at Kroslak

Additional work activities:
- implementing and adjusting the layouts of our products in the target shops
- exploring online sales channels and actively participating in supporting our customers with all needed offline/online materials
- budgeting and launching marketing campaigns to help our customers bring end consumers to their shops

Requirements

- appropriate sales and business approach
- ability to communicate and generate leads in B2B segment continuously
- represent our company in best professional manner
- pursuit of our vision and strategy
- experience working with products of high value is required
- a working knowledge of the online/offline marketing environment in the target region is required

Language skills:
- Romanian - Advanced (C1) or Croatian - Advanced (C1) or Slovenian – Advanced (C1) or Ukrainian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills:
- the most important requirement is the knowledge of one of above mentioned languages at the level of fluent communication
