Job description

- work remotely (home office)
- resolve customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or social media
- resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- advise on company information as well as inform customer of deals and promotions
- utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- work with Market coordinator and Country manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- help with the correction, listing and editing products, articles and info pages on our web page
- assist with social media planning
- handle changes in policies or renewals
- compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, about products, etc
- co-create and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- go always the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

- native Slovenian speaker
- fluent English
- perfect skills in Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and good knowledge of MS Office
- strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- tech-savvy
- university under-graduate or fresh graduate preferred
- Croatian language is a plus

Professional qualification:

VI/2. Higher professional education/ 1st Bologna level, VII. University programs / 2nd Bologna level, VIII/1. Master of Science

Languages:

Slovenian (native language), English (excellent), Croatian (advantage)
