IT support associate (m/ž)

Job description

Hooray Heroes is a company dedicated to putting smiles on children’s faces all over the world with our amazing personalized books created just for them in which they’re the heroes of the stories! To help us accomplish this mission, we are looking for an IT support associate to reinforce our team, bring new perspectives and fresh ideas.

Your responsibilities include:
- solving users’ IT requests (diagnosis, analysis, solution)
- workstation preparation and maintenance
- software set up and removal
- helping users with the use of office programs and computer operating systems
- set up and maintenance of communication and peripheral equipment
- user account management (adding, removing and regulating user rights)
- grid infrastructure management

Requirements

Job requirements:
- informatics or computer science graduate (or similar)
- excellent knowledge of computer operating systems Windows and MacOSX
- familiarity with grid equipment and grid protocols and services
- ability to analyse and solve problems efficiently
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- you enjoy working in a team
- active English language knowledge
- you are precise, reliable and always ready to learn

- you are naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions
- you like to solve problems and are unfazed by challenges
- you keep calm, even under pressure
