Once you’re here, you will:
- Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business requirements and system architecture to effectively support the implementation and development of software products in the areas of insurance product design, sales, and policy management
- Communicate with customer representatives from business and technical areas as you gather requirements and present the solution
- Manage and document business requirement analysis and provide consulting for subject areas
- Develop documentation (functional specifications) based on requirements or particular module strategy
- Collaborate with other business analysts, software developers and technical team leads
- Bring an infectious, positive, can-do attitude and a relentless aspiration for improvement
- Communicate effectively with co-workers
Who are we looking for?
Expertise with the drive to analyse insurance processes, who are interested in working on and developing business processes in cloud applications by applying best practices and modern tools. You’ll work on AdInsure projects that best suit your abilities.
If you have some of the following skills and features, we will be happy to receive your application:
- A strong desire and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Presentation skills: You love to speak in public and enjoy meeting with clients
- 3+ years of experience working in the subject areas in an insurance company or an IT company focused on insurance solutions
- Common sense so you can quickly establish the logical connection between different key factors
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information in a structured manner that enables you to get the whole picture of the problem
- Excellent English knowledge
The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements:
- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA); experience in insurance or other financial services
- Experience with freedom of services (FOS) insurance contracts and/or complex multinational corporate contracts
- Experience with the implementation lifecycle of insurance IT solutions
