Job description
We are looking for an ambitious, communicative and positive person who will find solutions to solve any problems that may arise :)These will be some of your main tasks:
- correction, translation, and preparation of texts that will be published on the website or will be sent through different channels - email, Facebook, Instagram
- customer care activities
- ensuring communication with Slovenian stakeholders through all existing means of communication (phone calls, email/Facebook/Instagram)
- marketing activities for Slovenia
- preparing reports for the Western Balkans Country Manager
- other help and support for the WB Country Manager
Requirements
Our requirements for this position:
- availability to work remotely
- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- good knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- good at multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
- great problem-solving ability
- ability to work under pressure and meet target deadlines
- native Slovenian speaker
- fluent in English
- Croatian language is a plus
